But for now, make sure you qualify to be in our diet program. Ohio State Law requires that you have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30 or more to be in the program. Check the chart below.
Once a month: $50.00 you get a month supply of medication.
Every two weeks: $25.00 you get a two week supply of medication.
Discuss your choice of medication with Dr. Barnes at the time of your appointment.
You will be given a prescription to take to your pharmacy. Prices will vary depending on the pharmacy and whether you choose generic or brand name.
