We accept Ohio Medicaid and Medicare.

We do not accept any of the Medicaid HMO's such as Caresource.

We do not accept any HMO's or PPO's where physician's are selected from a catalog.

We do accept insurances where you may visit any doctor that you wish.

We do not accept Insurance for the Diet Program but we supply you with a claim form that you can submit to your insurance if they cover the diet program.

Hours Of Operation
While we will not turn walk-ins away, we prefer that you make an appointment. You must make an appointment by phone if you are a new medical patient. Returning patients and new or returning diet clients may make appointments via this website.

We use a clinic sign-in system. There is no need to come earlier than your appointment. When you enter the office, sign-in and have a seat. All that sign-in will be seen. We don't close until the last patient is seen.
